West Hartford, CT (May 7, 2012) – The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Jeremy Black, is announcing the CT REIA monthly real estate investing meeting on May 14, 2012. This meeting will take place from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT. This month’s meeting will take place on the second Monday of the month, and the guest speaker will begin at 6:30pm.

At 5:30, attendees will have an opportunity to network with other real estate professionals. At 5:45, there will be an early bird workshop. At this portion of the event, attendees can have their real estate deal analyzed by CT REIA experts. At 6:10 there will be a speed-networking portion of the event. At 6:20, members will announce their property deals. At 6:30 sharp, Jeremy Black will begin his presentation. Attendees of this seminar will learn: how to get started “Finding and Flipping” homes for quick income working from home during spare time; how to “Flip” homes directly to our very large list of over 1,000,000+ wealthy cash investor buyers who are just waiting to buy deals; how to work directly with us on deals; how to find deals in Connecticut that can bring in between $2,000 and $40,000 per deal; why no money or good credit is needed to “Wholesale” deals unlike traditional retail real estate; why traditional real estate is slow right now, but “Wholesale” real estate is absolutely booming; how to replicate our success by using our systems as seen on our TV show “Flip this House” on A&E; how to meet people in Connecticut who are currently making a lot of money in this business using our systems; and much more.

Jeremy Black is one of the stars of A&E’s hit TV show “Flip this House.” He is also one of the principals of CT Homes, LLC one of the most successful real estate investment companies in the nation. CT Homes, LLC was started in New Haven, CT and now has offices in San Diego, CA. Over the past 9 years Jeremy and CT Homes have bought and sold over 600 properties. Jeremy personally helped acquire over 300 of those deals in Connecticut and is currently in the trenches of the real estate business every day.
