This seminar will take place on Saturday July 16, 2011, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 100 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT. Admission for this event varies according to ticket type.
Guest speaker Than Merrill started in real estate career in 2003 after attending a CT REIA meeting. His business, CT Homes, has grown quickly with a staff of seven plus twenty-five contractors. Than specializes in buying, rehabilitating, selling and leasing investment properties in urban and suburban neighborhoods. Than is a current star on "Flip This House", a popular reality show on the A&E Network that showcases what goes on behind the house flipping industry. Than currently wholesales over 50 properties a year.
