Catherine Delgado is a veteran realtor and property manager who has been in the real estate
world since 2001. She started her 20+ year career in various real estate brokerages and
property management firms in New York City and CT. Catherine has successfully managed over 1100
units on a daily basis throughout Manhattan and the outer boroughs. She handled numerous
large construction and renovation projects, effectively calculated cost projections on commercial
properties, and kept within the budgets outlined by the property owners and condo boards.
Today, Catherine co-owns 140+ units and within a few months will be closing on several hundred
more units. She and her partners are working towards closing on over 2000+ units by the close of 2024.
