One way that you can make it easier on yourself is to look for a real estate agent who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. When you deal with an official REALTOR®, he or she upholds the standards of the association and its code of ethics.

Another possibility is to contact a real estate agent/broker/salesperson who specifically trained to handle real estate investments. As an officially licensed agent, he or she has access to the properties you need to grow your business. They are the ones hired to act as an intermediary between the buyers and sellers and match candidates on both sides for to make for a fluid dealing process. You can find an agent that specializes in real estate investors through your closest REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) office.
